Meetklu (Klu Technologies Oy), a corporation (“Meetklu” and “we” / “us”) respects your privacy. This notice describes the types of Personal Information (as defined below) we may collect or that you may provide when you interact with our websites and software (collectively, the “Application”); and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing Personal Information. • “Data Subject” means the natural person to whom the Personal Information refers.
• “Service(s)” means the services provided by this Application as described on our website at meetklu.com.
• “Usage Data” means information collected automatically through this Application (or third-party services employed in this Application), which can include: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the Users who use the Application, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server’s answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the User, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Application) and the details about the path followed within the Application with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, and other parameters about the device operating system and/or the User’s IT environment.
• “User” means the individual using this Application who, unless otherwise specified, coincides with the Data Subject. Users are also referred to individually throughout these terms as “you”.

The types of Personal Data this Application collects, by itself or through third parties, includes Cookies, Usage Data, address, email addresses, names and phone numbers. (Further detail concerning each type of Personal Information collected is provided below in the Section entitled “Detailed Information Concerning the Processing of Data.”) We collect this Personal Information directly from you when you provide it to us or automatically when you use the Application.

When you register with or use the Application, we may ask you provide the following data that may, alone or in combination with other information, constitute Personal Information

• Name, postal address, email address, telephone number, and any other identifier by which you may be contacted online or offline; and
• company or employer name.
